Sea Urchin and Wood Slice Succulent Planters

I've really been missing that satisfying feeling that comes with completing a craft project. So, I decided I needed to make a handful of small, succulent gardens. I drilled out shallow wells in some Juniper wood slices I'd been saving and started potting up a few wee gardens.
While I was at it, I finally potted up one of the Sea Urchin Shells I'd picked up during my beach-wanderings...
My giant quilt is still not finished, nor is my mom's chicken coop
...but at least I have a pile of little planters to let my imagination run wild in-  as well as the feeling that I'm finishing projects again. Insert massive sigh of relief here!

Oh and P.S. These are for sale in my etsy store

  3. These look INCREDIBLE! I love the idea of using recycled tree trunk as the base for the succulents. I will most DEFINITELY be doing this next spring. Beautiful!
